Canada

It's been a while in Vancouver. A month to be precise and I should say that the weather has been too pleasant to be true so far. (For all those who managed to take their Geography books to the annual exam hall, Canada is to the North of the United States which makes it really close to the N.pole and it is empirically established that poles are freaking cold). Having said that I should also add that we have definitely not exploited this weather to the fullest.

Canada is a country where you can hardly remain indoors. For a comparison, this country is 9 times larger than India, has a population slightly more than Delhi and its suburbs put together and has almost all possible terrains. With such a setting, it is hardly surprising that Canadians just wait to flee their homes to the vast outdoors (which should look like another planet - endless uninhabited plains). Sample this - You can travel 9 hours in a flight and still be within the country. Any more than 3 hours from any place in India in any direction even in IA flights (which can win slow-flying competitions with sparrows) can put you outside the geographical boundaries of the country.

As for now, am trying to get my Camcorder's software to work so that I can upload a few of my photos onto the www. More on this soon.
