Kanda Naal Mudhal

I rarely watch movies, and very rarely do I blog on them. (Well. This is the first time I am dedicatng an entire blog to a movie).

Having said that, I should say that I liked the movie immensely. If you ask me what is new with the movie....well, there's "Nothing". Yeah, just plain nothing. It is the age-old, kinda-triangular-love-story with a youthful cast. But what makes it different from the run-of-the-mill Tamil movies of today is that the story is totally "practical" - no face-five-men-at-a-time hero, no shoots in the alps, no useless "kutthu"s, no villian-with-a-political-clout. This was just a plain-vanilla love story with a good, down-to-earth storyline, fast-paced, entertaining screenplay most importantly, devoid of illogical sequences. I liked the movie for the sheer practicality and the consummate ease with which the story moves. Definitely worth a watch!
